It seems that every time I am on the internet, I find new article directories popping up around me. I often see advertisements encouraging the creation of new article directories. With all the sites already in existence and the constant increase in the variety of sites available, what are the best submission sites? To whom should aspiring writers submit their articles?

I contribute articles to what I consider to be the best of the many options. This includes about thirty directories to which I submit on a daily basis. The amount of time a website has been around also plays a role in my selection. After a year goes by, a good article may still be producing results. I don’t want to waste time submitting articles to fledgling sites, because I don’t know if they will last– the owner may decide he isn’t making enough money and shut the site down after a few months. My time is simply to precious to waste on fruitless endeavors.

Many people will take the time to write articles and then submit them only to one or two sites that they have heard produce good results. These people often tend to turn around and say that article marketing does not work. If you really want your article marketing campaign to succeed, it is crucial that you submit articles only to the best article submission sites. If you take the time to research, it will be easy to determine which directories offer you the most benefits, and only submit to those.
