ok this is what i have to do:
devise a system of punishment that you think would be effective at decreasing road rage. essay should be at least 5 paragraphs.

1st fine
2nd license suspension
3nd car taken away and has to be paid for at the driver’s expense
maybe loss of license and has to seek help inorder to obtain their license.. idk
so this is punishment if they get caught? wouldn’t it be better to try and reduce road rage before it gets that far? People tend to know if they are susceptible to rage and would welcome some ideas to try to reduce the problem before it got to that stage…… Or am I just being pedantic and you need to write your essay?
erm, well, I can only think of things I cannot really type on yahoo – but they would probably work!!!
