Article marketing can cause you to become known as an expert in your field. When we need correct and trustworthy information most of us will turn to someone who is known as an expert in the field. You can be that expert.

There really is no better way to generate highly targeted leads than article marketing. This happens because as a byproduct of your article writing you will become known as an expert. People who want information on your niche will seek you out and read what you have to say.

Think about this. If you wanted to know how to repair your computer when it goes down would you talk to the guy next door or try to find someone who actually works in with computers? You would go to the person who works on computers of course.

The same is true when someone wants information in your niche. They are going to turn to the expert rather than the guy next door. You need to be that expert.

Once you have chosen your niche, take the time to research it thoroughly. Write interesting and informative articles on the subject and you will watch your credibility grow. In time you will become the expert that everyone wants to turn to when they need information.

One very good way to build your expertise and credibility is to visit message board and forums where your niche is being discussed. Read the topics being discussed and perhaps post a topic of your own to generate response. Make notes on what you have read and begin writing about it.

Use this tactic to answer the questions being asked and you will find that your credibility will soar and so will your subscriber rate.
